We are currently pleased to offer shipping within the United States. We are exploring options to expand our services to other international locations in the future.

2. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items in your order and your shipping destination. You will see the final shipping cost before you complete your purchase.

We occasionally offer promotional free shipping on orders that meet a specified minimum value. The terms of these promotions will be clearly stated at the time of the offer.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to monitor the progress of your shipment.

5. P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. Please provide a complete physical street address for delivery.

6. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly and is complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping, which may incur additional shipping fees.

7. Customs and Import Duties (For Future International Orders)

For any future international shipments, please be aware that cross-border shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. As these policies are set by the destination country, JIEEQQ has no control over them.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at assist@jieeqq.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the situation.
