At JIEEQQ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
It must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags still attached.
It must be returned in its original packaging.
The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Any item that has been worn, washed, or altered.
Any item without its original tags or packaging.
Items marked as "Final Sale" or on clearance.
3. Return Process
Please follow these steps to initiate a return:
Contact Us: Email our customer service team at assist@jieeqq.com within the 30-day return window. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Receive Instructions: We will respond with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions on where to send your package.
Ship Your Return: Carefully pack the item(s) and ship them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.
Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original one for a refund and then place a new order on our website.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in ensuring our products are perfect before they ship. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at assist@jieeqq.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos/videos of the damaged or defective product. We will gladly arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
7. Return Shipping Address
Please do not ship returns to our business address. Always wait for us to provide you with the correct returns address after you have contacted us.
